Staff Assistant in Nursing Administration (2013)

40 Hrs/Week

During my summer and winter breaks of 2013, I assisted Dr. Deborah Dang, Director of Nursing for Practice, Education, and Research, and other employees in nursing administration with tasks including but not limited to checking expired licenses, updating documents, and making phone calls. I also provided assistance to the teams involved in the Hopkins Grant Program and was tasked with converting cabinets of files into digital files.

 
Administrative Coordinator in Nursing Administration (2014)

During the summer of 2014, I assisted Dr. Maria Cvach, Assistant Director of Nursing for Clinical Standards with Hopkins Policies Online. I also assisted Ms. Erin Van Dyke, Project Administrator for the Grants Program. I gained experience with HPO (Hopkins Policies Online) and online research databases by sorting and checking policies.

 
Information Technology Assistant in the IT Department (2015)
Johns Hopkins University
40 Hrs/ Week

During the summer of 2015, I assisted Ms. Stephanie Reel, Vice Provost for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer by temporarily replacing one of her assistants. I worked with her executive assistant to help manage her activities and calendar while directing her email traffic.

 

Hopkins Policies Online Assistant in Nursing Administration (2016)

40 Hrs/ Week

During the summer of 2016, I returned to HPO (Hopkins Policies Online) and performed data entry/conversion for Dr. Maria Cvach, Assistant Director of Nursing for Clinical Standards.

During the spring semester of 2016, I performed these same tasks remotely from Loyola University Maryland part-time.
